Seven years ago, on April 12, 2014, Semlex inaugurated one of its first social projects in Comoros.

The importance of easy access to clean drinking water is crucial to follow a quality education. Indeed, without this access, students will either be forced to walk for miles to reach a source of drinking water and thus lose precious time that could have been devoted to their education, or settle for water nearby which carries a lot of diseases.

Thanks to Semlex’s donation, a barrier to education has been removed in the village of Mlabanda in  Comoros.

Semlex chose Pump & Drink water treatment plants from Estia Synergie and Sotrad Water, which run solely on solar energy.
