Semlex Guinea-Bissau

In Guinea-Bissau, only 35% of children aged 7 to 14 attend primary school, and less than half complete their primary education. The lack of resources and the associated costs of education are major obstacles to equitable access to education in this country.

We are committed to promoting education by providing essential resources to schools in countries where resources are limited. This is the case in Guinea-Bissau, where Semlex has one of its subsidiaries: Semlex Guinea-Bissau. Thanks to its support and that of the Minister of Justice, Teresa Alexandrina Da Silva, we were able to finance part of the school supplies for the Educar Safim Evangelical School in Bissau.
