Team4Job aims to build an inclusive world in which every job seeker has an equal chance of finding a rewarding job, regardless of their age, origin, gender, level of qualification, or socio-economic background.

To achieve this, Team4Job offers a 6-month mentoring experience that connects a job seeker (mentee) with a professionally active person (mentor) to boost their job search. Together, they form a pair and meet at least twice a month at the mentor’s workplace. The goal is to share the mentor’s experience, knowledge of the job market, and network for the mentee’s benefit, while also providing them with training and personal development workshops.

Since 2016, Team4Job has already supported 1650 job seekers with the help of over 750 mentors. Sixty percent of job seekers find a job, start their own business, return to education or training within 6 months.

Team4Job also provides its mentees and mentors with a comprehensive program of workshops and training, as well as a series of tools and content available through an online space.

More specifically, the workshops for mentees aim to support their job search by helping them develop self-confidence. For example, they may be trained in the elevator pitch technique, discover their drivers, and manage their stress through an introduction to mindfulness. These workshops also aim to promote connections within the Team4Job community and strengthen the sense of belonging to the program.

Semlex For Education supports Team4Job by providing the Château de Rivieren to organize workshops.
