At Semlex For Education, we firmly believe that education, well-being, and collective engagement are the foundations of a more sustainable and inclusive society. With this vision in mind, we are proud to co-organize, alongside our partner Ashram in the City, the “Invest in Consciousness” evening, which will take place on October 1, 2026, at the Château de Rivieren in Brussels.
An Evening Dedicated to Social Impact
Organized by Ashram in the City ASBL and the Friends of the Ashram Fund, with the support of the King Baudouin Foundation, this event will bring together philanthropists, patrons, impact-driven investors, donors, and representatives of major foundations around a shared ambition: to support projects with a strong human and societal impact.
The first part of the evening will be dedicated to presenting the vision of Ashram in the City and its well-being ecosystem. Guests will discover the various projects developed by the organization, including a nursery, a school based on active learning methods, youth support programs, a community garden, a Healing Hub dedicated to holistic health, and support for people at the end of life.
These initiatives reflect a holistic approach that places people, health, education, and social connection at the heart of every action.
A Celebration of Cultural Diversity
Following the presentation, the evening will offer a moment of connection and cultural discovery through a rich and diverse musical program.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy concerts combining classical music—with violin, piano, and vocal performances—and traditional music from a variety of cultures, including Indian, Aboriginal, and Sufi traditions. The program has been designed as an invitation to foster dialogue between cultures and celebrate diversity.
Mobilizing Resources to Build the Future
Beyond its cultural dimension, “Invest in Consciousness” has a concrete objective: to mobilize the resources needed to further develop Ashram in the City’s projects, particularly with a view to acquiring a new building that will provide the space needed to host and expand initiatives serving the community.
By partnering with this event, Semlex For Education reaffirms its commitment to supporting projects that promote access to quality education, well-being, inclusion, and personal development.
