It is with this perspective in mind that we recently provided an Enneagram training to Teach For Belgium, an enriching experience that allowed these professionals to discover a new tool for self-understanding and understanding others.
What is the Enneagram? It is a model for self-awareness and understanding interpersonal dynamics, based on nine primary personality types. This approach offers a unique perspective for exploring our motivations, behaviors, and thought patterns. By revealing our strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development, the Enneagram guides us toward a path of personal and professional growth.
During this two-day training, participants delved into the intricacies of the Enneagram, exploring their own personality types and those of their colleagues. This introspection enabled them to better understand themselves and others, laying the groundwork for more effective communication, fruitful collaborations, and authentic leadership.
Our founder, Alexandre Karaziwan, drawing from his experience in Ivory Coast, passionately shared the fundamental principles of the Enneagram, providing participants with practical tools to navigate professional and personal interactions with clarity and empathy.
